Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Reformerly at reformerly.net(the “Site”), a free, independent directory of reformer Pilates studios. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The directory is informational

Reformerlyhelps you research and compare studios. We are not a studio, a booking platform, or an agent of any studio, and we don't provide fitness, medical, or health advice. Schedules, prices, styles, and other details change often — always confirm directly with a studio before you rely on anything here, and consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program.

Accuracy & no endorsement

We compile listings from public sources, primarily each studio's own website, and we work to keep them accurate — but we make no warranty that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. A listing's presence is not an endorsement, and our ranking reflects the quality signals described on our how-we-rank page, not a recommendation that any particular studio is right for you.

Booking & request forms

If you submit a “Book your first class” or request form, you authorize us to share the details you provide with the relevant studio (and our team) so they can follow up. Submitting a form is a request only — it does not create, confirm, or guarantee a booking, price, or appointment. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

For studio owners: claims & Featured listings

• Claims.If you claim a listing, you confirm you're authorized to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate. We may verify, edit, or decline claims at our discretion.
• Featured placements.Featured is an optional paid placement that pins your listing to the top of its city with a clear “Featured” label. It affects position only — it does not change our rankings of other studios or the facts shown on any page.
• Billing. Paid placements are billed on a recurring (e.g. monthly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or harvest the Site's listings or compiled data in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset;
• submit false, misleading, spam, or automated submissions through our forms;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site; or
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, original written content, and the selection and arrangement of the directory are owned by Reformerlyand protected by law. Studio names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Certain business data, ratings, and photos are provided by Google and remain subject to Google's terms; photo attributions are displayed where required.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to studio websites, booking platforms, and other third-party sites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reformerlyand its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or from your interactions with any studio listed here. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reformerly and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. We'll revise the “last updated” date above, and your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
